Thank you for your consideration and continued support! We are selling SPONSORSHIP opportunities for this year’s Rotary GroveFest. In the past 11 years that we have hosted Rotary GroveFest, we have collectively raised over $750,000. These funds have supported numerous amazing causes in and around Downers Grove, including local non-profit organizations as well as student scholarships. Media Applications & Festival Presence
In-Fest Presence
  • Printed signage displayed increasingly prominently based on valuation
  • Signage display at sponsored area of fest (i.e. – Ferris Wheel / Main Street, etc)
  • Stage curtain banner signage
  • Audio recording thanking sponsors played in between all music acts
  • Cup Sponsors will be printed on beverage cup used within entertainment area
In-Print Presence
  • Major Sponsors (5,000 +) receive free publicity within Suburban Life, Neighborhood Tourist
Online Presence
  • All applicable sponsors receive increasingly prominent logo display on sponsors tab of rotarygrovefest.com
  • Major Sponsors (5,000 +) receive publicity on Social Media posts targeted using geo-fencing

For every $100.00 increment, sponsors receive:

  • 2 Free Access to Entertainment Area
  • 2 Free Access to Sponsor Tent
  • 8 Beverage Tickets redeemable within VIP or Entertainment area
